The school organises a number of cycle trips each year on traffic free routes, which we are blessed with many in the South West.
we also run the National Bikeability courses, Levels; 1, 2 & 3
Cycling plays an integral part in many of the schools trips. On our Brittany trip we usually hire bikes for the group for the day to explore one of the local islands. Our camping trip to the Scilly Isles. Surf Camp in Polzeath, we cycle the Camel trail for one of the days. PGL activity weekend in North Devon, we cycle part of the Tarka Trail for ½ day.
We have had groups complete their Silver & Gold expeditions by bike. There is bound to be more, just escapes my mind at the moment.
